1. Please note that no change in name on Air ticket, Hotel Booking and any other service will be accepted.
2. All the requests for date change, cancellation or refund must be submitted at least 24 Hours in advance of the schedule service.
3. All the request for refund, date change must be submitted on working day. Our working hours are 0900 Hrs to 1800 Hrs India time from Monday to Saturday except public Holidays declared by Indian Government.
4. All the date changes, cancellation and refund requests are accepted as per fare conditions of respected airline, hotel and other supplier of services. These conditions are intimated at the time of booking.
5. If the date change is permitted as per fare conditions, change request will be processed within 24 Hrs of request submission. Any charge, penalty or fare difference will be intimated and on making payment changes will be auctioned.
6. If the ticket, Hotel and any other service is refundable as per fare conditions, refund request will be processed within 24 Hrs of request submission.
7. Processed refund will be remitted to purchaser account within 15 days of the refund process.
